Renee joined the Centre for Strong Medicine in 2025 following the completion of her Master of Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney, where she also completed one of her clinical placements at Strong. Her experience inspired her passion for delivering evidence-based exercise interventions to improve health, function, and independence in older adults.
Renee is an empathetic and dedicated Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a strong interest in frailty, sarcopenia, and chronic disease management. She believes that exercise is a cornerstone of health and an essential component in the prevention and treatment of chronic disease. Her approach integrates current research with clinical practice to optimise outcomes for individuals managing cardiometabolic conditions or experiencing the sarcopenic effects of ageing.
Driven by compassion and curiosity, Renee strives to continually advance her knowledge and skills in evidence-based practice while working to achieve optimal outcomes for her patients.
